NWMPHN is committed to supporting patients, carers and clinicians navigating all aspects of end-of-life, including palliative care, mental health care, advance care planning and grief counselling.
To do this, we regularly review our assets to ensure we are delivering optimal value for all service users.
This has led to the decision to deactivate the Precious Time website, and redirect our actions in ways that meet the changing end-of-life service ecosystem.
Precious Time has ceased operating on 30 June 2025.
We encourage you to continue engaging with NWMPHN’s broader work.
The organisation supports GPs and primary health care providers through education, resources and a range of support activities to deliver palliative care as part of usual practice. Visit our website for information and resources on:
We also support other community initiatives that contribute to our vision of “healthy people, healthy community”, including:
- The Dementia Directory: an online directory and set of resources for people living with dementia, their families and carers. Check it out here.
- People Bank: a register for community members who want to help improve the health of people in our region, and My Health My Voice, our community newsletter. Find out more and subscribe here.
We thank everyone for their contribution to Precious Time.
